All about Kristopher Wander Co

We speak in the plural, but behind this small world hides the work and passion of one person.  So why “We”?

 

Running a business means “wearing a lot of hats”, playing and developing multiplane roles to transform

a creative idea into something else. As many of these roles have been gained through this project,

it’s no longer about me, but about "US".

 

The person who had to take care of the design, website, the choice of materials, packaging, texts, pictures, social media management and product delivery is me, Kristina.

        “One day  traveling the world, I found a place where my soul said to my heart “Bentornata a casa”. 

 I think you will have no doubt that it is the Italians who know what the true “dolce vita” is.

Italy has given me the most beautiful memories that I always wanted to preserve and one day relive them again.

​

I have always been inquisitive, so I have experienced myself into a variety of jobs like: event manager, social media manager, photographer, tour guide, chocolate maker, catering assistant, cook and hotel worker.

 

However, our life is not always the way we planned it. Sometimes it forces us to change our way, reformulate our plans and start all over again. That what happened to me. Everything has changed since 2021.

 

 After such a difficult time of the pandemic, within a few months I lost the people I loved the most: my grandparents; my homeland, Ukraine, has been invaded and my newly launched brand of cosmetic & food packaging in Kiev didn’t have time to bear fruits, it was doomed to failure due to the war.

 

Suddenly, I left with nothing, but despite the moments of deep dejection and pain, I found the strength to respond to adversity. I moved to Milan to give my dream another chance and start all over again. What keeps me going? Is that a difficult road often leads to a wonderful destination and I am on my way.

My mission is:  to give you those feelings and emotions that you experienced in a certain moment when you were happy, to return to that moment just for a second that will never be repeated, but also to give the opportunity to rewrite a new story to share “.

Kristopher Wander Co candles are handcrafted with all the love I have for my Customers and our planet.

 Everything I do has a minimal environmental footprint. This comes from a desire to give a second chance to materials that seem to be “waste”, but that hide a great potential to be reused.

Materials that, despite everything, don’t end up in the ashes, but are brought back to life.
